Many people enjoy the experience of wine and beer tasting. In Yuma, Arizona, also known as America’s winter salad bowl, Farm Fresh Forks is bringing a fresh twist to this experience by replacing your usual wine sampling with veggie tastings. Farm Fresh Forks is a program available at eight restaurants that offers complimentary veggie tastings sourced from local growers and shippers in the Yuma area. Last month, Taylor Farms had the opportunity to provide product for Farm Fresh Forks, which led to the creation of numerous innovative and delicious dishes. Check out some of the creativity!

Ironwood Steakhouse, located inside Quechan Casino, used Taylor Farms Heritage and Taylor Farms Zucchini Noodles to create a Thai Steak Wraps with charred vidalia onion vinaigrette.

Mostly Muffin, located on 2451 16th St., incorporated our TF Zucchini Noodles in a soup and added a twist to their Harvest Turkey Sandwich by adding Taylor Farms Arugula.

Takos and Beer, location on 2071 4th Ave, created a mouth-watering Veggie Noodle Carbonara.
