Across nearly 20 communities in the U.S. and Mexico, our Taylor Farms team members came together this month to pack and deliver 4,428 backpacks filled with essential school supplies and healthy snacks — helping students start the year prepared, confident, and ready to thrive.
Since 2010, the Taylor Farms Backpack Giving Program has provided more than 48,000 backpacks to elementary students — many of them children or relatives of our own team members. It’s one of our favorite company traditions, with employees involved at every step: packing each backpack by hand, delivering them to local schools, and placing them directly into the hands of students during their first week of school.
“As our business has grown, so has our ability to give back,” said Bruce Taylor, Chairman & CEO. “We’re grateful to be in a position where we can support the places where our team members live and work — and help provide young students with some of the tools they need to study for a bright future.”
💚 A big thank you to our teams in California, Texas, Maryland, New Jersey, Colorado, Rhode Island, Washington, Florida, and Mexico for making this year’s impact possible!
